The Facade Retaining System pier and post design minimises effect of these problems by creating ability to bridge underground services, or alternatively the services can be placed within the system.

Boundary Fences: : The Facade Retaining Wall System and the BRAACE Retaining Wall System can be designed and constructed with the inclusion of a boundary fence/noise wall saving on additional cost to found boundary fence posts behind the retaining wall system and maximise the use of your property.

6. Reduced site disturbance : There is no requirement for strip footings or earth straps therefore excavation is kept to a minimum. Subsequently the area required to facilitate construction is also reduced. The access required for a wall up to 1200mm high is 1.5 metres wide.

10. Speed of erection: : 40 metres of wall can be constructed in two days (finishing excluded).

11. Long life: The support structure is finished in galvanised steel, the waterproof membrane is UV resistant and the CSR Hebel AAC panels are not affected by harsh climatic conditions.
